Online Job Training
If you research the universities and programs, online job training may be a lifesaver to you.Today, you have a choice of so many certificate programs and graduate courses offered through home study.
When my husband was not quite 50, his plant closed up. I was sure life was going to be minimum wage for both of us the rest of our working years. But he worked on a home study course and took a test for a steam boiler’s license. He was hired in at the power plant, worked there a little over ten years, and retired with a pension and health benefits.
Before you invest precious time and effort and money, you do need to
carefully research universities, programs, tuition cost, financial aid and
job possibilities in the course you are considering.
What kind of accreditation does that university have? If you plan to
transfer credits, online study through a local college may work the best.
Today, every college combines onsite classes and online classes. Online students come in to take exams.
If you plan to get a license, find out how you need to qualify to take that test. Will your courses be accepted? Or do only certain universities qualify for their program? And what sort of field experience is necessary.
The time you spend studying and comparing universities will save you the
frustration and cost of having to repeat your study because you chose a
school that wasn’t accredited or accepted for the license or degree you
want.
Even if there are 20 people applying for the job you
want, your determination and persistence should take you to the head of the line. Online job training will give you the chance to finish your study sooner and for less cost.

One of my all time favorite quotes appears really fitting here “Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day; while failure is simply a few errors in judgment, repeated every day. It is the accumulative weight of our disciplines and our judgments that leads us to either fortune or failure.”–Jim Rohn
